Welcome to Nawuji (hereinafter referred to as "the App", "we", or "Service"). Please read and understand
these Terms of Service carefully before using the App.
Important: By using the App, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms of
Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
1. Service Description
Nawuji is a smart item management app designed to help users organize and manage household items. We
provide the following services:
- Container and item creation, editing, and deletion
- Photo upload and management
- QR code generation and scanning
- Expiry reminders
- Local data backup and restore
- iCloud data sync (Pro users)
2. Accounts and Subscriptions
2.1 Free Version
- Free users can create up to 3 containers
- Each container can store up to 30 items
- Access to local backup and restore features
2.2 Pro Subscription
- Pro users can create up to 100 containers
- Each container can store up to 500 items
- Access to iCloud sync feature
- Subscriptions are managed via Apple App Store
- 7-day free trial available (for first-time subscribers)
2.3 Subscription Management
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current
period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- After cancellation, you can still use Pro features until the end of the current period
- Canceling during the free trial period will result in no charge
2.4 Refund Policy
- All subscription purchases are processed via Apple App Store
- Refund requests must be made through Apple's refund process
- We cannot directly process refund requests
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Lawful Use
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not upload any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or
otherwise objectionable content
- Not engage in any activity that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service
- Not attempt unauthorized access to any part of the App
3.2 Content Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for all content (text, images, etc.) you upload to the App
- You warrant that you own all necessary rights to the uploaded content
- We do not review or monitor user-uploaded content
4. Intellectual Property
- The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us
- You retain ownership of the content you upload
- You grant us a license to use your uploaded content solely for providing the Service
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App without our express written
permission
5. Data and Privacy
- Your data is stored locally on your device
- Pro users can choose to sync data using iCloud
- We do not access, sell, or share your personal data

6. Service Changes and Termination
6.1 Service Changes
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time
- Significant changes will be notified to users
- We may update app features and functionality from time to time
6.2 Account Termination
- You can stop using the App and delete your data at any time
- We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service if you violate these Terms
7. Disclaimer
- The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- We are not responsible for any loss caused by the use or inability to use the App
- You should back up your data regularly
- We are not responsible for data loss
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months
9. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China
- Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation
10. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time
- Significant changes will be notified in the App
- Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms
