Q: How do I create a container?

Tap the "+" button in the top right corner of the home screen, select "Create Container", and enter the name and location.

Q: How do I add items?

Enter a container, tap the "+" button in the top right corner. You can choose to create manually or add from photos.

Q: What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free version allows 3 containers with 30 items each. Pro version allows 100 containers with 500 items each, plus iCloud sync.

Q: How do I use iCloud sync?

Pro users can enable "iCloud Sync" in Settings. Once enabled, your data will sync automatically across devices signed in with the same Apple ID.

Q: How do I backup my data?

Go to Settings → Data Management → Create Backup. The system will generate a .zip file containing all data and images.

Q: How do I restore from backup?

Go to Settings → Data Management → Restore from Backup, and select a previously exported .zip file. Note: Restore will overwrite current data.

Q: How do I cancel subscription?

Open iPhone Settings → Tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Find "Nawuji" → Cancel Subscription.

Q: Is my data safe?

Your data is stored locally on your device. We cannot access it. If using iCloud sync, data is transmitted via Apple's end-to-end encryption. See Privacy Policy.

Q: Which languages are supported?

Currently supports English, Chinese (Simplified), and Japanese. You can switch in Settings → Language.
